NBC’s talent reality show America’s Got Talent 2022 (AGT Season 17) reached it’s live semi-finals with 55 great contestants/acts.
In the audition rounds, many contestants/groups have participated in AGT 2022 and at the end, some contestants were advanced to the next round including Golden Buzzer contestants.
At the end of auditions, 55 acts secured their place in the LIVE shows to reserve their place in the finals of America’s Got Talent 2022.
Now every week we will see a group of 11 contestants/acts from these selected contestants will compete in the live semi-finals to move forward to the finals.
But for this, they will not only impress the judges but also the LIVE audience as now they will vote for them to save him/her from the eliminations.

America’s Got Talent 2022 Updates
On September 14, 2022, Mayyas became the winner of America’s Got Talent 2022 while Kristy Sellars ended her journey as the runner-up of this season.
On September 13, 2022, the top 11 finalists performed at AGT 2022 finale were Avery Dixon, Chapel Hart, Drake Milligan, Kristy Sellars, Mayyas, Metaphysic, Mike E. Winfield, Nicolas RIBS, Sara James, Yu Hojin, and Celia Muñoz.
On September 6, 2022, Kristen Cruz, Kristy Sellars, Mayyas, Mervant Vera, and Urbancrew were the top 5 acts of the week. From these 5, top 2 became the finalists of America’s Got Talent 2022.
America’s Got Talent 2022 Elimination
On September 14, 2022, from the top 5 acts, The Mayyas were declared as the winner of AGT 2022. Kristy Sellars as 1st runner-up, Drake Milligan ended his journey as 2nd runner-up, Metaphysic ended at 4th place while Chapel Hart at 5th place.
On September 14, 2022, Drake Milligan, The Mayyas, Chapel Hart, Kristy Sellars, Metaphysic entered in the top 5 while Mike E. Winfield, Celia Muñoz, Avery Dixon, Sara James, Yu Hojin, and Nicolas Ribs got eliminated from America’s Got Talent 2022.
On September 7, 2022, at the end of tonight’s 5th Semi Finals, Aubrey Burchell, Blade 2 Blade, Jordan Conley, Kristen Cruz, Max Ostler, Mervant Vera, Shu Takada, Travis Japan, Urbancrew got eliminated from America’s Got Talent 2022. While Kristy Sellars and Mayyas became the next 2 finalists of this season. Along with this, Ventriloquist Celia Munoz was selected as America’s wildcard winner (finalist).
